Gateway to the Lakes Realty, Inc. was established in 2000 by broker and owner, Gwyn Danner. It is located at 752 North Tanyard Road, just off the 68 bypass.

Gwyn and her husband, Bob, have two grown sons and one grandson. They are natives of Greenville, KY and lived in Newburgh, IN, before moving to Cadiz in 1994, to establish Gwyn's real estate business. Gwyn has been listing and selling real estate for the past 14 years, working with two local firms before starting her own company. Twelve of those years she has earned the title of Multi-Million Dollar Producer. In 2006, she produced over 7 million dollars in sales.

Gwyn has attained The Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations because, in the ever-changing market, Gwyn believes in consistently continuing her education.

Gwyn says that her business i built on referrals. "Most of my clients are people or friends of people that I have done business with previously."

Charlotte Mewbourne is new to Gateway to the Lakes Realty, Inc., but not new to the real estate business. Charlotte and her husband have been Trigg County residents since 1990. Charlotte first received her Realtor License in 1994, but escrowed to be a caregiver for family members. In April 2006, she activated her license. She works from her home so she is always available to list or show your property.

Charlotte has two sons who are career military and is, therefore, familiar with specific needs of military families. In her spare time Charlotte works two days a week at the John L. Street Library, which puts her in contact with a variety of individuals who are potential real estate buyers and sellers.
