Rena Lemaster & Mark Hill

All About Barns started as an offshoot of a manufacturing business that the owners, Rena Lemaster and Mark Hill, had in Clarksville located in the Industrial Park. The owners credit their unique marketing, approach to customers and their winning way of never meeting a stranger coupled with the high quality and consistency of their products as a key to their success. It wasn't long before word spread and they became overbooked with orders. Realizing that expansion was necessary, Rena and Mark looked to the Amish and Mennonite communities for help in design and manufacturer of their products.

At the present location located on 68/80 Bypass, the playgrounds, portable buildings, and carports are just an example of the product development and workmanship of eight different Amish families. All of our playground equipment is made by Amish/Mennonite craftsmen based on original designs. The interesting thing about this local business is that often the customer's imagination dictates new styles. Remember, in the summer months, high demand for all of our products requires timely ordering for birthdays, anniversaries and special events.

According to owners Mark and Rena, the inventory of their Cadiz location is just a sample of the nearly 150 designs available for purchase. Each one is custom-designed for our clients. New this year, Mark and Rena's son, David Lemaster has relocated to the Trigg/Caldwell County area and through his service company, Lemaster & Sons, he can adapt any barn or storage building after purchase to satisfy our special-needs clients, including handicap ramps, surround decks, specialty windows, screened enclosures and concrete walkways. He also specializes in home remodeling and handyman work.

All About Barns prides itself in being an authorized dealer of the largest carport manufacturer, Carolina Carports, Inc. The carports are made from 12 gauge or 14 gauge metal systems and can be customized to suit the customer. In addition to that, they are authorized and will service any carport, storage building, or playground equipment regardless of original place of purchase, in some cases the only sole service provider.

When asked, Mark and Rena will tell you that customer service is the key to any successful business. They treat every person who walks in their door as if they are family and it is important to them that each person is treated as a friend, regardless of whether or not they are a customer. They both strongly believe that everyone should support small businesses within the community and other businesses should support each other. In this sense, the community becomes stronger and becomes a family in itself.
